Once the sample is approved the technical details used during sample production can be converted into Bill of Material.

Production Planning

It helps you to plan the production considering all the essential parameters such as capacity of the production units, priority of the orders to plan, required skill availability, machine availability and raw material availability for the orders. Based on the plan, the cutters slips and the job cards are automated from the system that helps you in accurate production tracking and controlling consumption of raw materials.


Material Requirement Planning

Since TPCS has evolved over a period of time, certain best practices of the industry such as Just In Time inventory and material reservation against order are implied in TPCS - MRP which helps you to raise purchase request for correct quantity of material at right time automatically without any worry on excess purchase and also the reservations are made automatically for the orders from the available free stocks.


Purchase Management

The gap between factory and vendor is fixed using TPCS-Purchase system. Systematic indenting of materials, raising purchase orders based on approved vendor list and regular updating of expected time of delivery helps in streamlining the material procurement process and intimates the production department regarding the status of materials. Various reports are available to decide on the best vendor for the materials for example, price comparison report and average lead-time reports help in analyzing the vendor performance.


Inventory Management

Receipt of materials from vendor, Issue of materials to the production floor and much more are handled by TPCS-Inventory. Receipts are validated against purchase order quantity and Issue of materials is validated against requirement for the order. These features help in controlling excess material receipt from vendor and excess material issue to production floor. Actual consumption for orders can be compared with planned material requirement for the order. Material movement can be tracked using tracking no (Lot no) and barcodes can be used for accurate inventory management. To analyse the flow of materials and the composition of the inventory, reports such as ABC analysis and XYZ analysis are available.


Production Management

One of the very peculiar problems in this domain is post-mortem or fire fighting, thinking what to do after the damage is done, like in production, only at the end of the day will we come to know that the production output is low or not matching with the requirement. TPCS-Production helps you to track WIP online - line wise, order wise, product wise and job card (batch) wise to help the production department to take decision while the production is in process. System generated job cards are used to track the daily production and any rejections or rework in between stages are tracked separately. Subcontract Management

Subcontract bills statement can be generated for the work done, which can be used to validate the invoice raised by subcontractor. For Leather industry Wet-Blue leather can be issued to tannery to get it converted to finished leather.


MIS and Costing

TPCS MIS and costing modules provides various reports which help in critical decision making. Order analysis reports help in understanding customer ordering pattern and which raw material has been used most in previous season. These reports also help in planning for raw materials well in advance for next season. Costing reports help in studying cost incurred for an order production. Efficiency reports help in studying how the production units have performed for given duration


Export Documentation

There are lot of documentation work required in import and export process like Import duty calculation, re-ware housing, bond certificates, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and bill of exchange. Actual shipment details along with duty draw back claim details are also maintained. The export relates documents format are configurable. Since this module is integrated with other modules, order details like order no, product and rate are displayed automatically in commercial invoice, the commercial invoice generated in this module will be linked to receivables in financial accounting module. Consolidated sales for year, Country-wise, customer-wise sales are some of the MIS reports available in this module.


Payroll

Man Power is the vital resource in an organization and TPCS payroll helps in maintaining these details in more efficient way. The daily attendance of employees is linked with planning module to analyse the possible completion of plan for the day, thus helps in making pro-active decisions towards honouring a plan. Daily attendance can be linked with biometric or access card system. Salary calculation with configurable allowances & deductions, piece-rate, configurable leave management, advance, loan.


Financial Accounting

TPCS FA module is integrated with other modules like goods receipt & inspection details in inventory module are used in approving vendor invoice in payables and commercial invoice entered in export documentation module is linked to receivables. Stock movement of individual material in inventory is linked to its corresponding ledger head in financial statements. Profit centre option is available from order receipt to shipment that enables in studying profit centre-wise profitability.


CEO Dashboard

Dashboard is a combination of key information displayed in a single page, which will be required by the top management. This is a combination of charts, data and reports arranged in such way to give all key information in a snapshot view. Some of the information which can be displayed are number of new orders arrived this week, list of orders with ship date approaching, current week shipment value, bank accounts balance, inventory value, total receivable value, total payable value, yesterday's production, plan vs actual production and exceptional data in all modules which require immediate attention of top management.Back To Top
