Every process from initial concept sketch right through to final production shipment is available and configurable by the end user. You can basically make the solution work in the way you wish.
Different departments/people will typically be involved in the entire process and each user will have different needs, requirements and
responsibilities. The system is configurable and flexible enough to give every single user his own authority and execution experience.

Sample Request
Fast and effective way to produce and manage sample requests including the attachment of sketches, photographs, raw material, trims, labels & specifications combined with real time vendor notification and critical path tracking.
Product specifications
User defined specification content, version & change control, on-line real time updates, design & technical specifications, grade rules, testing standards & required components.
Approvals
Any product types e.g., finished product samples, trims etc. covering all processes such as concept fits, seals, lab dips etc. combined with real time vendor/customer notifications and tracking of progress.
Order
Orders can be uploaded online by the customer directly to the vendor or through an agent. Acceptance of the order by the vendor can also be done online
Mapping of Organisation Hierarchy & Work Flow
Mapping of the Hierarchy is done for all the three entities (Customer, Agent & Vendor). This helps in fixing responsibility for every level and following a systemised reporting system. Similarly the work flow is also mapped and linked to the organisation hierarchy.
Ingenerated Time & action plan for customer, agent & vendor
Time and action plan based on final deadline and tasks involved like material planning, purchase, inventory management, production planning, quality plan, approvals, shipping etc.. Once the sequence of tasks is decided and the time required for every task is decided, deadlines are set of each task and the person responsible for the task is decided. Effectiveness of the time and action plan is enhanced by means of the following features.
· Every user has a personalised home page and dashboard showing graphically & pictorially the status of his tasks in one screen.
· Automated mails will be sent regarding reminders and notification of completion of a task
· If required Tasks can be linked, so that when one task is completed it will mean the connected task can start automatically. An automated mail will be sent to the user responsible for the next task asking him to start.
· If a task has not been completed on the scheduled time then the responsibility automatically shifts to the person to whom the user is reporting to.
· The Time and action grid has colour coding with different colours to represent the tasks that are approaching in a week, ones that are ahead of schedule, on time, or delayed.

Forum – Users can post a comment, a view or a note on the home page of any particular user, users in a specific group or all the users.
